Super nice coffee shop. They redesigned it a few years back, now it has serious "Joanna Gaines" vibes (white washed wood, grey cushions, modern/comfy). Besides that, they have a good menu, and the coffee is definitely nice. During the summer, it gets packed quick, so go as early as you can, or just be patient. The deck has an unbeatable view.

Very nice cafe! The cozy interior invites you to linger and enjoy some delicacies. At the same time the beautiful view of the sea. What more do you want? The drinks taste great, good quality! The staff is really friendly and helpful and advises you on the drinks and food. The atmosphere is calm, warm and cozy / cozy. The café is very clean and well-kept. Prices ok. Clear recommendation!

Way too expensive! The ambience is really nice, but you can't ask such horrendous prices for a relatively manageable menu and irritable service. If the price situation would change, you can visit Marienhöhe again.

Totally nice service. Everything is great, inside the tables are separated by transparent poster stands. Hygiene regulations were observed to the utmost. Outside, too, the guests waited at a distance. Good all round 😀

The view is gigantic. The service almost perfect and very accommodating. The furnishings and the ambience are also very high quality and in great condition. The only thing that I found a little strange was the price! Sure first row and such, but over 60 euros for three glasses of wine and two Aperol spritz is really not without it. Nevertheless, it was a great evening and if you don't pay attention to the mice, you can surely spend nice hours here.

Had an Aperol Spritz which was very good. The service was friendly and accommodating. The view is of course also a reason to go.

We really would have liked to try this beautiful eatery, but in the 4 days we were here, the queue in front of the entrance did not tear off. We queued once, but gave up after 25 minutes of nothing moving. Then called to make a reservation and got the information that it was not necessary to reserve and that you should just come over. One of the best addresses on Norderney and always worth a visit! The service is unobtrusive, friendly and very accommodating. Great importance is attached to the implementation of the corona hygiene measures. Because of this, there may be queues at the entrance at certain times, but that's fine. The view of the ocean from the outside seating area is beautiful.

Very nice location, the view alone is worth a visit. There is something for everyone on the menu, even vegans / vegetarians have a good selection. What I would like is a vegan alternative for cake and coffee (milk). The staff are very friendly and respond to requests.

The famous Café Marienhöhe offers a beautiful view inside and even more outside as well as a fine selection of small cakes, pastries and coffees. In the Corona period, good attention is paid to distances and hygiene. It's worth coming here and, if necessary, waiting a bit before getting a seat.

Best view on the island, super delicious food and drinks and very friendly and courteous staff. Here you can wonderfully spend your time and look at the sea, an absolute highlight when the weather is good.

The Marienhöhe is in a great location and has been renovated, but the interior is designed without imagination. The food and drink offer is worse than in a train station kiosk everything in plastic or bottles ... nothing freshly or lovingly prepared. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it under the current operators and concept. Maybe at some point a change of operator will help make the beautiful building a highlight of Norderney.
